BYO provider questions
Can I use my clients’ Amazon SES, SendGrid, or Mailgun accounts?
Yes. EonMailer is bring-your-own-provider (BYO). Each client workspace connects its own SES, SendGrid, Mailgun, or SMTP account so send cost and reputation stay with them — not on a shared ESP you mark up.
Is EonMailer another Mailchimp or ESP?
No. We are the agency ops console: workspaces, approvals, deliverability, automations, forms, and white-label reports. Clients keep their sending infrastructure; you run the process from one desk.
Why do agencies choose SES with EonMailer?
SES is often pennies per thousand emails, but raw AWS is hard for account managers. EonMailer adds guided setup, readiness gates, multi-client switching, and reporting so SES becomes usable at agency scale.
Can each client use a different provider?
Yes. One brand on SES, another on SendGrid, another on SMTP — each workspace is isolated. Resend, Brevo, and Postmark are on the roadmap.
