SES alone is infrastructure. Agencies need an ops desk.
Amazon SES wins on price. It does not give you workspace switching, client approvals, journey builders, or branded packs. EonMailer keeps SES as the pipe — and ships the agency product around it.

FAQ
SES alone vs EonMailer
Can I just use the AWS console for every client?
You can, but AMs will live in IAM, sandbox tickets, and CSV exports. EonMailer is the desk they actually open every morning.
Does EonMailer mark up SES?
No. SES billing stays on the AWS account you connect. EonMailer bills software seats / clients / fair-use platform events.
Do I still need AWS knowledge?
Someone still creates the account and IAM user. Help Center + in-app guides cover sandbox exit, keys, and domain DNS so AMs are not inventing the path.
What about SNS and Configuration Sets?
For event tracking, EonMailer can auto-provision Configuration Set + SNS when IAM permissions allow — so opens/clicks/bounces reach reports without a console scavenger hunt.
Keep SES. Add the agency layer.
Free plan — one client workspace to prove guided SES connect and a first test send.
